About the Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our client's well-established and growing manufacturing team, located just 10 minutes outside of Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced production environment with excellent long-term prospects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out picking and packing tasks efficiently and accurately

  • Following clear work instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets

  • Mixing chemicals and raw materials to create finished products

  • Ensuring all products are labelled, packaged, and prepared for dispatch correctly

  • Performing quality control checks to maintain high product standards

  • Assisting with stock movement and inventory control

  • Supporting general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organised work space

  • Adhering to all Health & Safety and company operational standards at all times

  • Contributing to a team environment with a positive and proactive attitude

  • Identifying and reporting any production issues or faults to supervisors



What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

  • A positive work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently

  • Good timekeeping and reliability

  • Own transport is essential due to location
