Production Operative - Temp to Perm
Location: Elmswell, Mid Suffolk
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Thursday | 7am-6pm
Please note: This role involves working with raw meat.

What You'll Do
Perform a variety of production tasks under supervisor guidance
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Prepare product recipes and handle raw meat in line with strict hygiene procedures
Monitor production lines to maintain quality and consistency
Accurately assemble and package finished goods
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in production or manufacturing is beneficial (training provided)
Comfortable working in chilled environments
Willing to handle raw meat and follow recipe preparation procedures
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
A reliable team player with good communication skills
Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
