Location: Just outside Bury St Edmunds (own transport required)

Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a hard-working, focused, and proactive Production Operative to join their busy team. No previous experience is needed - just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
What You'll Be Doing:
Working as part of a fast-paced production team
- Preparing orders for dispatch.
Following clear instructions to complete daily tasks
Mixing chemicals to create final products (full training provided)
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
Supporting general housekeeping and other duties as required
What We're Looking For:
A strong attention to detail
Good work ethic and a team-player mindset
Previous production experience is a plus, but not essential
A reliable individual with their own transport due to location
