The Machine Operator position is based in Mildenhall with a salary of approximately £24,000 per annum, equating to £12.75 per hour.
The role requires a 4-week rotating shift pattern, including Monday to Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday schedules.
The Machine Operator will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for maintaining production efficiency and ensuring safe machinery operation.
Candidates must have experience as a general machine operator and possess good organisational and communication skills.
Physical fitness and basic literacy and numeracy are also required for this role.

Operate, feed, and run production machinery
Carry out machine setting and basic adjustments
Conduct quality control checks, including first-off and in-run inspections
Accurately record production data
Participate in cross-training and support team flexibility

Literate, numerate, and physically fit for the role
