Week 2 Days - Wed, Thurs - 6am - 6pm

Week 3 Nights -Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun - 6pm- 6am

Week 4 Nights- Wed, Thurs - 6pm - 6am

Own driving license is desirable due to location of the site.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Process Operator to join our current production team. The role involves working across various areas of production, including operating blending and pressing machinery, as well as carrying out general production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate blend and press equipment to support manufacturing output
  • Monitor and maintain product quality while maximising efficiency
  • Follow and promote safe working practices
  • Efficiently use plant and resources
  • Record production data using systems such as OEE and SAP
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow H&S standard
  • Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment
  • Assist with fault finding and basic repairs

  • Experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar environment
