The role
ROLE 1: The chef de partiewill run a section in the kitchen, cooking fresh food to a great standard. You will do the prep for your fridge, ensure your fridge is ready for service and cook in service. You will ensure the food hitting the pass is to a great standard. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties
ROLE 2: Pastry chef de partie is required for the pastry section, this is a team of two in pastry. you will make a range of great pastry items. This role will include all the standard pastry chef de partie duties.
experience
