- Manage supplier relationships and align on UK commercial goals
- Lead product on boarding, launches, and life cycle updates
- Support retail and wholesale strategies with tailored plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing agencies
- Use performance insights to inform planning and forecasting
- FMCG experience, ideally in health, beauty, or household
- Strong understanding of the UK retail and wholesale landscape (must have experience selling into retailers such as Tesco, Boots, etc.)
- Confident with data, pricing, promotions, and product launches
- Organised, adaptable, and a great team player
