Key Duties Responsibilities:
- Internal sales
- B2B Business development
- Receiving incoming calls and converting to sales
- Actively looking for new clients/customers
- Building relationships with customers
- Delivering a high level of customer service
Skills & Experience required:
- Experienced within sales and business development
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve targets and KPI’s
- Strong sales, customer service and relationship building skills
- A dynamic, positive, and proactive attitude
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment and a determination to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
