Sales Support Executive

Join our clients dynamic team as a Sales Support Executive, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting our Business Development Managers (BDMs). This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Enquiries & Order Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Triage sales enquiries and direct them to the appropriate BDM by department.
  • Provide initial support and reassurance to customers before handing over to relevant colleagues.

Sales Engagement & Appointment Booking

  • Conduct outbound calls to a targeted customer list to schedule appointments for BDMs.
  • Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings or sales where applicable.
  • Offer clear, tailored pricing and package information based on customer needs.
  • Promote additional services and solutions to enhance customer value.
  • Coordinate with BDMs to arrange surveys, site visits, and follow-up meetings.

Contract Renewals & Customer Retention

  • Manage the renewal process for annual contracts, ensuring timely and smooth transitions.
  • Proactively initiate renewal discussions ahead of expiry dates.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during renewals.
  • Reconnect with lapsed customers using personalised offers and incentives.

CRM Management

  • Accurately log all customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer preferences, history, and contract terms.
  • Monitor lead progress and follow-ups to maximise conversion rates.

Product Expertise & Customer Guidance

  • Stay informed about our full range of pest control treatments, products, and industry standards.
  • Clearly explain treatment processes, expected outcomes, and preparation steps.
  • Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to both new and existing customers.

Compliance & Best Practice

  • Adhere to company policies and UK pest control regulations in all communications and transactions.
  • Offer accurate guidance on health, safety, and environmental considerations.

Team Collaboration & Performance

  • Work closely with BDMs and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share insights and best practices to support team success.
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales and booking targets.

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and relay customer feedback to help enhance our services.
  • Recommend improvements to streamline sales and booking processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and product knowledge.
