Academy Trainer

Covering homes across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire

Full time hours - £28,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience and qualifications

Part time hours would also be considered - salary would be pro rata.

Healthcare Homes Group are recruiting for an Academy Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. 

Working as part of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering virtual inductions and face to face training to our new and existing care teams primarily across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire locations.

Previous experience as a trainer is not essential as support and training will be provided however a background and experience delivering hands on care is essential, this could be working in care homes or home care.  As our induction training is held virtually you will need to have good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

Due to the nature of the role you will be required to travel to various locations so access to your own transport is essential and ideally you will live in or within close proximity to the area. Occasional overnight stays maybe required but advanced notice of this would be provided.
