We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team based at our Head Office in Bury St Edmunds.Whether you’re looking for a full-time position or need the flexibility of part-time hours, we’d love to hear from you.As a Customer Service Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that all sales orders and queries are handled efficiently and with exceptional care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction, supporting our finance and sales teams, and liaising with suppliers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve account queries and process credits/debits in a timely manner.
  • Provide first-line support for sales ledger deductions and supplier recharges.
  • Liaise directly with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
