Your new roleMy client is recruiting for a Customer Services Representative, covering varied duties including:
- Data processing customer orders
- Booking haulage for deliveries via online carrier systems and via email
- Tracking and tracing deliveries
- Communicating directly with customers and suppliers on the telephone and via e-mail
- Recording and responding to customer complaints
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure customer orders are handled promptly
- Investigation of stock-related queries
- General administration tasks as required
What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role you will require:
- A great telephone manner
- Competent IT skills, particularly MS Office
- A confident, positive communicator at all levels
- Previous administrative experience and proven organisational skills are vital
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics admin are desirable
- You must be able to work under your own initiative but also within a team
