Your new roleThis is a newly created Data Operations Admin job because of business growth. This is a varied role centering around data and data validation. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring the operational processes and administration are effectively handled
  • Analysis of data, looking for trends within the data received from customers
  • Ensuring all compliance is in line with contractual services levels and obligations
  • Error resolution
  • Investigating and resolving a number of key data exceptions
  • Assisting with investigating any billing disputes or data queries
  • Monitoring the status of assets and updating the database

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this job, you will require.

  • Previous data processing or data management experience is essential
  • Excellent IT skills, including working with large volumes of data in Excel
  • Excellent attention to duty and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated and happy to manage your own workloads
  • To be a problem-solver and solutions-based person
  • Used to working to tight deadlines
