£33,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Superb pension

Are you an Engineer from a electricity networks background and an interest in health and safety looking for an exciting opportunity to join a major player in the industry that will offer excellent long term career progression?
Training will be provided to assist you getting up to speed in the role.
The company has won national employer awards for a number of consecutive years running and will provide excellent continuous training to improve your technical skills, and therefore increase your pay.
You will liaise with contractors and permanent staff to direct the installation and repair works of electricity networks across the UK, including undertaking Technical and Safety Audits.
This role would suit an Engineer with working knowledge of utilities in the safe and efficient management of electrical network construction.
The Role:
- Full time, office basecd role with a large utilities infrastructure company
- Help manage the safe, effective operation of the electrical distribution network
- Support the management all electrical connections work including Instruction of staff with the installing, operating and repairing of the Electricity network
- Health & safety incident investigation
The Person:
- Relevant electrical or power engineering qualification (City & Guilds, HNC etc)
- Experience of electrical distribution network work
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation (ideally IOSH)
- Due to office location a UK driving licence/vehicle is required
