Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Planner Support, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planners by preparing client reports, conducting research, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of financial plans. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial services, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist financial planners in preparing and updating comprehensive financial plans.
  • Conduct research on investment products, tax strategies, and financial planning tools.
  • Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and follow-up documentation.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM and financial planning software.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of client requests.
  • Monitor client portfolios and flag any discrepancies or opportunities for review.
  • Support compliance and regulatory documentation processes.
  • Provide exceptional client service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a financial planning or wealth management support role.
  • Progress toward or completion of CFP®, Diploma in Financial Planning, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Voyant, Truth, or similar) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
