With nearly 150 staff and a century of history behind them (celebrating 100 years in 2028!), they've built a strong presence in the region - and their Bury St Edmunds office is now looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join the team.

What you'll be doing

As Corporate Services Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of clients - primarily SME audits - and play an active role in mentoring and supporting the wider team.

  • Manage a mix of audit and accounts work across a varied client base

  • Lead audits from planning through to completion and review finalised files

  • Support clients with management reports, forecasting and projections

  • Take ownership of a specialist area (e.g. Charities, Pension Schemes, Corporate Finance)

  • Build strong relationships with clients and help spot opportunities for further support

  • Develop and coach junior staff, encouraging their growth and upholding high standards

  • Get involved in business development and networking across the region

What you'll need to bring
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with 2+ years' post-qualification experience

  • Strong experience leading audits and solid knowledge of UK GAAP & ISAs

  • Great communication skills and a client-focused approach

  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and supporting team members

  • A proactive mindset and passion for quality service
