We are working with a fast paced and growing organisation on their appointment of an HR Administrator on a permanent / temp to perm basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a crucial role to facilitate the smooth running of the HR department, dealing with all HR administrative support and any first line HR queries. This is a site-based position and flexibility to attend other sites on occasion is required, this may involve some early starts.

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator role include:

  • Process all HR lifecycle documentation
  • Maintain & update employee records (People HR)
  • Prepare standard letters
  • Provide confidential note taking at HR and Operational meetings
  • Assist with recruitment administration

As HR Administrator you will have:

  • Proven experience in high volume admin / HR administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence to manage own workload
