I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work for a Housing Association based in Ipswich and surrounding areas on a permanent contract with the day to day repairs team.

The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for:

Day to day repairs in council properties
Core trade such as carpentry, plumbing or plastering
Ability to do multi trade work alongside core trade

The right Multi Trade Operative will need:

NVQ or City & Guild in core trade
Experience with multi trade work
Experience working in social housing or HMO properties previous
Valid UK License and less than 9 points

The Multi Trade Operative will receive benefits of:
