In this pivotal role, you’ll be the support for the external sales team, ensuring everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes. From managing key sales processes and keeping records spot-on, to providing high-level administrative support to the Sales Director and wider team, your impact will be felt across the business.

As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and documentation
  • Manage plot sales files, contracts, and completion statements
  • Provide admin and secretarial support, including diary management and correspondence
  • Order and distribute office supplies, uniforms, and PPE
  • Oversee invoice processing and cheque payments
  • Administer lone worker devices and ensure health & safety compliance
  • Helping to organise corporate events and hospitality, including planning and budgeting
  • Support other departments and provide reception cover as needed

As the Sales Administrator, you will have:

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Internal Systems
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or coordination role is preferred
  • An understanding of health and safety would be beneficial
