Position: Assembly Operative / Paint Sprayer
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble a variety of components accurately and efficiently.
Operate paint booths and apply powder coating and paint spraying techniques.
Ensure quality control at every stage of assembly.
Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in assembly and paint spraying.
Knowledge of powder coating processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work well within a team.
Positive attitude with good communication skills.
