- Transcribing and producing correspondence and legal documentation using digital dictation.
- Handling conveyancing tasks, including preparing contract packs, ordering searches, and managing SDLT forms and HMLR submissions.
- Opening and closing files as instructed.
- Client interaction both by telephone and in person.
- Accurate message-taking and prompt communication to relevant individuals.
- Providing administrative support, diary management, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client information.
- Providing occasional cover for colleagues as required.
- Previous experience in an office environment, preferably within a property department at a law firm.
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
- GCSE-level education in Maths and English, or equivalent.
