Service Co-Ordinator

An established technology services provider is seeking a highly organised Project Co-ordinator / Administrator to support the delivery of retail engineering projects across the UK. This is a fast-paced role working closely with both clients and field engineers, so confidence, adaptability, and strong geographical knowledge are key.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day coordination of engineering projects across multiple UK retail sites
- Acting as a key point of contact between clients and engineers, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates
- Managing schedules, travel arrangements, and project documentation
- Handling incoming queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Tracking project progress and assisting with reporting and admin tasks

What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in a technical or engineering environment
- Excellent working knowledge of UK geography (European geography is a bonus)
- Confident dealing with demanding stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting
