Location: Bury St Edumunds
Salary: 40,000 to 42,000

An opportunity has opened for a Maintenance Engineer to join a manufacturing company based in Bury St Edmunds. The ideal candidate will have excellent maintenance experience and have a multiskilled background within Electrical and Mechanical.
Maintenance Engineer Key Skills:
- Experience working within maintenance on machinery (ideally heavy machinery)
- Excellent mechanical and electrical experience
- Multi-Skilled background
- Fault finding, repairs and diagnostics
- Background in FMCG or Food Manufacturing would be a bonus
- Experience maintaining conveyors systems, pneumatics or similar
Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance and repairs to conveyors and other machinery
- Fault finding and performing diagnostics
- Attending emergency breakdowns and fixing problems
- Updating the CMMS records and keeping to food safety standards
- Assisting with training junior engineers and technicians on occasion
