We're working with an SME food & drink manufacturer who are on the lookout for a Production Manager to lead their production & packaging operation. Within this role you'll need to inspire the team, and drive performance across their busy factory. If you are a strong problem solver, can provide impact and grow sustainable change, this one could be for you.
What you'll be doing:

  Leading and developing a motivated production team, ensuring daily targets are hit.
• 
  Driving continuous improvement across quality, efficiency, and safety.
• 
  Working closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver production strategies.
• 
  Rolling up your sleeves to solve problems on the shop floor.
