Your new roleThe ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing costs, ensuring project efficiency, and contributing to the successful completion of our diverse range of developments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing accurate estimates for projects.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any financial discrepancies.
- Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
