- Posting purchase invoices into our accounting system
- Handling bank transactions and making sure everything balances
- Supporting monthly payment runs and one-off payments
- Preparing VAT returns
- Keeping in touch with customers and suppliers as needed
- Pitching in with general finance admin and occasional ad hoc tasks
- A keen eye for detail and great organisational skills
- Confident using Excel (intermediate level or above is ideal)
- A problem-solver who’s not afraid to ask questions
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
- Friendly, clear communicator
- A positive team player who’s happy to muck in when needed
