Team Manager -UtilitiesBury St Edmonds, Suffolk£50-65K plus Benefits, 25 days leave Are you a managerial level candidate, whose role involves Land Rights, looking for a prestigious and senior level position with a large, national utilities infrastructure organisation. You could come from a legal, property development, renewable energy, utilities or surveying background. Indeed any background that has involvement in securing land rights. They key attribute here is strong line and change management skills as you will be leading a team of 16 staff. The role is based in my client head office. They have a superb reputation for professionalism and for having a great working environment. Training and further progression will be available. The role will focus on leading a team, plus strategic and change management focus. The Role

  1. Full time, permanent role with a large national utilities infrastructure company. Some Working from home available.
  2. Managing a team of 16 staff in the land rights division. Leading the change management of the companies land right processes.
  3. The Land Rights team enable land rights consents for use by the companies energy assets. It involves liaison with solicitors, developers and internal staff.

The Person

  1. Working background in an industry related to land rights. The could be a legal, utilities, property development, renewable energy, surveying or other background.
  2. Experience of line managing a team, including significant change management
  3. Due to the office location, and occasional travel required, a UK driving licence is strongly preferred.
