We are currently recruiting for Late Shift MIG Welders to work for a our client based in Mildenhall. The ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience within a similar role and is keen to learn.

The role is a full time, temporary to permanent position and theyre looking for someone to start as soon as possible with full training provided. Basic hours are 2pm 10pm or 4pm 2am, Monday to Friday.


Typical Duties Would Include:

  • Perform MIG welding.
  • Clean, prepare, and tack weld materials.
  • Operate and maintain MIG welding equipment.
  • Ensure welded joints meet quality standards.
  • Adhere to welding health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe welding area.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience MIG welding.
  • Proficient in reading welding blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of welding safety.
  • Good team-working and communication skills.
