This fast-growing food group are looking to attract into the team a commercially minded Management Accountant who will drive insight and efficiency in a growing food group. This person will play a key part in driving financial insight, process improvement, and profitability across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to support strategic growth through robust financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities will be to: -

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to guide decisions.
  • Lead the rollout of a new group reporting structure integrated with ERP, delivering profitability insights, and streamline finance processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Produce monthly management accounts with detailed commentary and analysis.
  • Implement and optimise group-wide financial reporting.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve process efficiency.
  • Provide detailed customer, channel, and product profitability analysis.

The successful candidate will: -

  • Have manufacturing experience and a finance qualification.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and influence key decisions.
