Freeway are currently looking to Recruit a class 1 Tanker driver to join their clients team who specialise in Sewage , water waste and agricultural waste.
Position - Class 1 Tanker driver
Pay 17.00 per hour / Flat rate for all hours . Paid at a minimum of 8 hours per shift
Working week Monday to Friday
Normal start time - 07:00 am.
This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate..
Normal daily duties - Operating a class 1 vehicle , you will be collecting Tanker loads of anything from Sewage and water waste or Agricultural waste from various sites across the North of England to bring back to site.
The job is straight suck and blow , no jetting or confined space work involved.
If and when necessary you may be operating the tippers.
This would suit someone that has worked in this are before with good competent experience in operating tankers and the tanker pumps.
Requirements for the role
A full and valid class 1 licence ( CE) That has been held for a min of 12 month with a relevant 12 month experience in operating Class 1 vehicles
At least 12 month experience operating Tankers and the pumps with experience in using the pump systems to suck up content in to the tank and blowing out at waste location. Individual cases and experiences will be looked at.
No more than 6 points on licence with NO DR , DD , IN , DD Endorsements.
Experience of operating both class 1 and class 2 Tippers would be an advantage but not essential.
