Michael Page are recruiting for a Legal Cashier on behalf of a well established legal business based in Bury.
The purpose of this role is to assist with all aspects of accounting for the business including bank reconciliations & transactional processing.

Description
Legal Cashier duties include:
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Accounting entries - payables & receivables
- Issuing invoices to clients
- Payment runs
- Credit control
- Dealing with accounting queries
- Ensuring all accounting data is filed accurately
- Ad-hoc finance tasks as required
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in a similar role
- Have knowledge of the legal sector
- Be AAT qualified, studying AAT or qualified by experience
- Be an excellent communicator (written and verbal)
- Be proficient in MS Office
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
