Reportingtotheteamleaderdutieswillinclude:

  • Responsibleforownledgerensuringallcustomersadheretotheirpaymentterms
  • Developrelationshipswithcustomersandsolvinganyqueriesconcerningtheiraccounts
  • Recoveringoutstandingdebtbymeansofchasingviathephone,emailandletters
  • Identifyandmonitoringcustomerswhoposeafinancialrisktothebusiness
  • Escalateoverduecustomerswhilstworkingwithinstrictcreditcontrolprocesses
  • Identifyingwaysinwhichthecurrentprocessesandprocedurescanbeimproved
  • Adhocreporting
  • DealingwithqueriesinternallyandexternallyinconnectiontotheCreditControl

Therightcandidateforthisrolewillhave6monthplusexperienceinCreditControlandwillbelookingforaroleinamotivatedteamthatwillofferprogressionanddevelopmenttotherightperson.
