You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm. In return for your hard work, you’ll receive a starting salary of £24,000-25,000 + bonus + benefits and the opportunity to develop your career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients through various channels such as telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Accurately processing all customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Proactively resolving any customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of tasks effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
  • Problem-solving skills to efficiently address inquiries and resolve issues.

  • Computer literate with strong excel and outlook skills.
