Role Overview

If you've got a background in energy, utilities, or operations and you're ready to make data work harder, smarter, and cleaner - this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate metre installations, exchanges, removals, and updates
  • Ensure supplier and industry data is aligned for accurate billing
  • Investigate and resolve metering queries with customers and third parties
  • Support the Smart and AMR rollout strategy
  • Produce reports and maintain service levels with precision
Requirements:
  • Fluent in energy terminology (experience in utilities, operations, or supply preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (phone and email)
  • Detail-driven and data-savvy (Excel skills a plus)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Not afraid to challenge inefficiencies and suggest smarter ways forward
  • Experience with SMETS or Smart metering (preferred but not essential)
