Electrical Estimator
Location: North West, Nationwide Visits
Salary: 60k + Package (Negotiable)
Type: Permanent / Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a well-established contractor specialising in commercial, industrial, residential projects projects across the UK.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for producing accurate and competitive electrical estimates, working closely with the pre-construction and project teams to deliver successful tenders and ongoing cost support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed electrical estimates from drawings and specifications

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

  • Review tender documentation and identify risks or opportunities

  • Assist with value engineering and cost analysis

  • Support the project team during handover and early project stages

About You:

  • Background in electrical estimating within construction, fit-out, or building services

  • Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and installation methods

  • Excellent communication and commercial awareness

  • Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
