About the Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our welcoming and vibrant primary school in Prestwich. As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early years education to our youngest learners, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports their emotional, social, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

  • Support the individual learning needs of children, creating a rich and varied learning environment.

  • Work closely with parents and carers to share progress, discuss development, and build strong relationships.

  • Collaborate with other staff to create a positive and safe nursery environment.

  • Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring their learning and development is appropriately supported.

  • Promote the values of kindness, respect, and resilience within the classroom.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

  • At least one year of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early years education.

  • A passionate and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate young children.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff.

  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team within a busy school environment.
