Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS activities
Assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy interventions
Provide one-to-one and small group support
Contribute to a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
Monitor and encourage pupil progress and engagement

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)
Experience working in EYFS settings or woth children within the last two years
Strong understanding of early childhood development
A patient, caring and proactive approach
