Our client in Bury is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their property maintenance team.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and relevant qualifications including NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations and 18th Edition certification.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
The pay rate for this role is £23 LTD per hour.
Responsibilities include general electrical testing, maintenance, and improvements to domestic properties, ensuring high-quality work.

Our Client in Bury are looking to add an experienced Electrician to their team. You will be based in the Bury area working as part of our client’s property maintenance teams.The Working Hours will be:Monday – Friday08:00-16:00The Pay Rate will be:£23 LTD per hourResponsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general electrical testing and maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties.
Working with kitchens and other required domestic areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
Delivering the highest quality maintenance electrical work.
Pre inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations
18th Edition
Testing and Inspecting 2391
2 years’ Experience
Full UK Driving License
