Theprimaryfocusofthisroleistoassistwiththemanagementofthebusinessesmeteringportfolio,MeterAssetManagers(MAMs)andinternalandexternalstakeholders.Theroleincludesindustryprocessandprojectmanagementofmeteringservicesorquerymanagement.
Therolealsoincludescontactingeithercustomers,suppliersorthirdpartiesinordertoobtainreadinformation.Additionally,youwillbeexpectedtohavestrongcommunicationskills,organisationalskillsandbeabletoworkwithinapressureddepartmenttotightdeadlines.
ReportingtotheOperationsManagerdutieswillinclude:
- ThemanagementofallMeter/AutomaticMeterReader(AMR)installations,exchanges,removalorassetupdatedataflowsensuringalldatasourcesarealignedandmaintained
- SourcingMAMdetailsandupdatingallrelevantsystemsandensuringallappointmentsandde-appointmentsarecorrect
- Resolvinganyissuesthatmayarisefromincorrectmeterand/orAMRdatainatimelyandeffectivemanner
- Tomanageandremedyindustrymeterreadingrejections
- Liaisewithcustomers,meteringpartners,readingagencies,othergassuppliersandinternalstakeholderstoresolvemeteranddataqueriesinatimelyandeffectivemanner
- TosupportthebusinesswithitsAMRandSmartmeterrolloutstrategy
- Torequest,removeorre-synchronizeAMRdeviceswithmeteringagencieswithinagreedSLAs
- Ensuremeterreadingsareobtainedandsubmittedtotheindustrywithinaspecifiedtimeframe
- Processindustryfileflowsthatupdaterelevantmeterpointssothatthesupplypointdataheldisaccuratebothatindustryandsupplierleveltoallowaccuratebilling
- Maintainanddevelophighlevelsofcustomerservicestosupportthebusinessesoperationalandsalesfunctions
