Our client, a respected name in the mechanical and building services industry, is seeking a Mechanical Estimator with strong project management experience to support the continued growth of their operations.

Your Role:
You'll play a pivotal part in both the pre-construction and delivery phases - combining precise estimating with proactive project coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective results.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed mechanical estimates from concept to final submission.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop tenders and budgets.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure competitive quotations.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline.
Provide cost control and value engineering insights throughout the project lifecycle.
About You:
Experience as a Mechanical Estimator within building services or the wider construction industry.
Demonstrated background in project management or project coordination.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
