Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS based Community Mental Health Team in Bury.

The role will be for a mental health practitioner, either a Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker are suited to this role.

The post will include you working within a MDT, as part of the Older Adults Community Mental Health team, we are ideally looking for candidated with prior experience of working either within A&E or Community services. The post will include you carrying out comprehensive mental health assessments, also carrying out placement recommendations and liaison with the MDT.

This role is ideally full time - working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for 37.5h a week.

Hours of work are 8am to 4pm.

Pay rate for this post is 25.00 per hour.

The applicant must be a Qualified with their respective body either NMC, HCPC or Social Work England.
