PUB MANAGER - BURY

Pub Manager required for one of Bury's most iconic pubs known for it's fantastic selection of real ales, ciders and craft beers and it's a favourite spot for locals, visitors, and beer enthusiasts.

The pub itself is very cosy and traditional with bags of character with a buzzing atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome and in the summer there is an outdoor seating area, the whole establishment is warm, friendly and full of charm. They also serve a traditional pub menu offering British Classics and home comfort food to match the setting.

Previous pub management experience required and somebody who has a passion for real ale and craft beer is a bonus. They need somebody with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire the team. It's a hands-on approach managers role with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. You will need to be organised, reliable and confident in managing, stocks, rota's, P & L and the day to day operation of the pub.
