Teaching Assistant

We are currently working with a number of Secondary Schools across Greater Manchester who are seeking Teaching Assistants

This role offers you the opportunity to build up your experience in Secondary schools and work flexibly around your schedule.

Start Date: September 2024

Responsibilities:

Classroom setup for learning.

Literacy support and reading.

Individual student help.

Curriculum and record assistance.

Behaviour management for a positive classroom.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with KS3 and KS4 pupils this can include experience outside of schools (youth mentor, instructor, club leaders etc)

Display confident classroom management and behaviour strategies.

Be resilient, reliable and adaptable to changing environments.

Have a passion for education and helping students.
