Their litigation team is highly regarded for its pragmatic, cost-effective solutions and strong repeat client base across commercial and private sectors.The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled debt recovery specialist to take ownership of a well-established caseload and play a key role in the team's continued growth. You'll work closely with clients ranging from SMEs to larger commercial entities, managing pre-legal and litigated debt matters through to enforcement.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a varied caseload of debt recovery matters, both pre-action and litigated
  • Drafting letters before action, claim forms, and statutory demands
  • Negotiating settlements and repayment terms
  • Advising clients on recovery strategy and enforcement options
  • Attending court where necessary (support can be provided for advocacy if needed)
  • Supporting the business development and marketing of the team's services

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in debt recovery or commercial litigation
  • Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and enforcement processes
  • Excellent client care skills and commercial awareness
  • Highly organised and able to manage files independently
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Experience with bulk debt recovery or volume instructions is desirable but not essential
