Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and advise on wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, delivering expert legal counsel to clients
• Oversee estate administration, including probate applications, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Provide strategic advice on inheritance tax and estate planning to protect client assets and secure their futures
• Offer empathetic, practical, and tailored advice to meet client needs with the utmost care and professionalism
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships
• Stay informed on evolving legal regulations to ensure advice remains accurate and compliant

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 4 years’ PQE in wills and probate
• Deep understanding of wills, probate, and estate planning, with the ability to manage complex and diverse caseloads
• STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) membership is advantageous but not essential
