About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our esteemed Private Client team in Bury. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, partners, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls courteously and effectively.
  • Handle the opening and closing of client files, including the preparation of initial documentation.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Wills & Probate department.Indeed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy professional office environment. Preferably Legal or Legal Degree
  • A passion for delivering outstanding client service.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
