The Role:

As a Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in improving the delivery of the day-to-day operational supply chain & procurement activity across the business, ensuring the timely and cost-effective ordering and delivery of parts, equipment, and services necessary for the repair and maintenance of coffee machines and water filtration systems.

  • Maintenance of system inboxes to ensure enquiries into the department are handled within pre-determined departmental KPI’s.
  • Ordering and sourcing parts
  • Raising of Purchase Orders and where necessary, expediting of timely responses from suppliers.
  • Administrative duties that support the Procurement department in delivering key business objectives and maintain the efficiency of the Procurement function.
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Develop knowledge of key procurement activities including (but not limited to) Supplier Development, Negotiation, Sourcing strategies, Benchmarking and other activities to support progression in line with the development plan.

About You:

  • Computer literacy, especially a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyse data.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Have a sense of urgency
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Organised and resourceful, a keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly.
  • Confident and effective communicator.
  • Able to work on your own initiative and be proactive
