In this Senior Structural Engineer role, you will:
路Lead the design and delivery of a wide variety of structural engineering projects.
路Use your expertise to guide, mentor and inspire junior engineers and technicians.
路Liaise directly with architects, clients, and contractors to develop innovative solutions.
路Take ownership of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
路Contribute to the continued success and reputation of the consultancy as a trusted engineering partner.
To succeed as a Senior Structural Engineer, you will need:
路Chartered or near-chartered status (MIStructE or MICE preferred).
路Strong technical knowledge of structural design in steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
路Experience leading projects across a range of sectors.
路Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
路A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
