About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and organised Repairs Planner to join our Repairs Department in Bury. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a variety of repair works, ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate responsive and planned repair works.
- Raise and manage works orders using QL and DRS systems.
- Liaise with operatives, contractors, and tenants to coordinate appointments.
- Monitor workloads and adjust schedules in real-time to meet service targets.
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) for communication and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and service standards.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience using QL (Quality of Life) system.
- 1 year of experience using DRS (Dynamic Resource Scheduler).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to attend the office as required.
