The successful candidate will plan and deliver creative lessons, support pupils' academic and personal development, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all children have the best possible learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support achievement.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to wider school life, promoting a culture of high expectations and achievement.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A creative, resilient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
